 		The Night They Died
documented details about Hope & Arthur's death
I wanted to get all the details about Hope & Arthur's death documented.
Many of the teams were present:

* Alistair was there the night they died. - secret code from book 5.
* Irina was there (Card 138 Top Secret)
* Vikram & Isabel Kabra were there (Card 138 Top Secret)
* Eisenhower Holt was there (Card 90)

Alistair was going to meet them on May 15th (Card 96 TOP SECRET)
A fire broke out in [their] Beacon Hill home. (MIT Compass article.)
Neighbors recall seeing a strange limousine parked in front of Trent's home right before the blaze started (MIT Compass article.)
The limo arrived "well after midnight" but no one turned on the lights after the guests went inside. (The Boston Beacon article)
The fire occurred in 2001 (The Boston Beacon article)
Irina's task was to "stop h cahill" (Card 138 puzzle)
Eisenhower was demoted for the "Cahill/Trent incident" (Card 90)
There wasn't supposed to be any casualties (Card 90)

per card 95:
The "event" was a "mistake."
Alistair arrived at "10"
He "can't imagine what went wrong"
This was "not part of the plan"
Alistair's flight arrived in Boston at 6:00. (Top Secret)
Alistair knew others would be visiting. (Top Secret)

Do we have any confirmation that either of the Wizards were there?
What else am I missing? Does it mention somewhere that all 4 branches are going after Grace?

 		On card #90, it said it was Mr Holt's fault they died.

 		I re-listened to Chapter 7 of Beyond the Grave. That's the short chapter where Irina reminisces about her life. She mentions that the Lucians tried to create a false alliance with Grace, but that Grace saw right through the ruse.
Then they created another temporary alliance (she doesn't say with who) to deal with the Grace Cahill problem, but that everything went wrong and Hope & Arthur died because of it.

According to the youtube preview of The Viper's Nest, Mary Todd Holt was there with Eisenhower.
Still no mention of any Janus.

 		No Janus! Now that makes it interesting, unless one of them there was a spy for the Janus!!! Or they haven't named a Janus who was there.

I had assumed that the Trent/Holt demotion issue was related to what happened at the academy but maybe it was because he failed to get the Cahill to spill the beans on RCH.

I am pretty convinced that the actual killer was Isabel even if Eisenhower set the fire (he seems to like explosions and fires). Mind you Isabel likes fires too.

Cora's Bug
In Book 8 Dan said he remebered a bug - a listening device bye Hope and Arthur's house. I bet Cora Wizard planted it.

Actually, Cora Wizard was there on the night of the Hope Cahill/Arthur Trent Incident. She was mentioned in the fourth series to be there. It's suspected in book 9 and revealed in book 10.

 		Was Vikram there at the night of their death? For one thing, Isabel murdered Hope and Arthur with me knowing so because of the codes they explained in the back of the Agent Handbook.
