You know, when you think about it, any meme has to be beaten to death if it is to become a meme at all. And personally, I'm in favor of using this one as much as possible.

Also, in a way, meme is pronounced the way it's spelled. The silent "e" at the end elongates the previous vowel, leaving us with "meem". It's just weird for us to see the same syllable repeated twice, but pronounced differently each time.

That said, I pronounced it "me-me" for the longest time before I found out the actual pronunciation. I thought I was the only one to be thinking it wrong.
