 		i was thinking that david finds a catalyst that jump starts everything then brings it up with faye and that jumpstarts everyting with her

 		Indeed, that's how his life has been, time warping from Slendy attack to Slendy attack. Basically his whole life has been composed of watching Slenderman kill person after person and then warping to the scene o fhis next murder. Smile
