1. It's generally accepted that MH doesn't make use of the general Slenderman mythos, probably in part because that mythos keeps changing. It's best form to only use evidence from the series of the things that MHSlendy does or doesn't do.

Aaalso, the kind of organ theft I think you're thinking of would probably result in death, not memory loss and coughing fits. o_O

2. It's shown that having memory loss doesn't exactly translate to passing out in Jay's case -- we see footage of him walking and talking that he doesn't remember, such as entries number 17 and 20, implying that he's still active 'blacked out' periods.

3. I haven't seen any solid evidence for Sarah being involved, but then, I'm new as of a couple of weeks myself. The most I've seen is people wanting to include Sarah because of a theory that 'totheark' is one female and one male, referencing biblical stuffs.

4. Alex and Tim, while they don't seem like the best of friends, have worked together before on Marble Hornets and could probably put aside their snarky little differences if they needed to. Anyways, it's not totally agreed upon that Masky and TTA are actually the same person -- even though they do seem to be in cahoots. Therefore, for example, Alex with his video editing skills could be TTA and Tim with his crazy seizures and pills could be (a) Masky.

There's a lot of compelling evidence for Masky being Tim, in any case. Off the top of my head -- the pills, the audio distortion when the camera's on Tim in 20, the jacket, and the manly, lustrous sideburns. I'm sure there's more, but it's pretty well established that Tim is at least one of the Maskies, if not THE Masky.
