Something else... Christian has two friends, one of whom is called Hat Shoe. I read his wall and found a post by Spencer Wood: God, only really nerdy people recognize the anagram. Course, it does make us think we're smarter.

Could Hat Shoe be the anagram? I can't work anything out from it yet.

Also the next post down, where Patrick Cox* asks HS where he lives and HS replies: I am hesitant to answer this kind of thing ever since the Accident.

Could he be one of the ones who lost 3 years? I have messaged him to ask if he is a Priestly Oz fan.

He also has a website - www.hatshoe.org. It contains a graphic of a hat above a shoe, made up of words, but nothing that appears relevant or makes much sense.

Me again.

I went to www.hatshoe.org and the drawing I mentioned which was made up of words, you can click on each one to go to a new page... however the vast majority of them seem totally random scribblings with no relevance as far as I could see.

Except possibly this one http://www.hatshoe.org/voice.html which mentions a woman speaking at a concert. And this one http://www.hatshoe.org/grave.html about being abducted by a Kurt Cobain lookalike with a gun, in a van.

Now the clicks on "evidence" and "tricycle" have youtube vids linked, but on going to youtube I found the profile name is MarbleHornets, which I know to be a different ARG... I don't know if someone with more experience might want to spend a couple of minutes on it, but I reckon Hat Shoe is a dead end.

Never mind, it kept me entertained for a couple of hours anyway!

I checked out the Hatshoe.org website. It does link to this twitter:

But that appears to be much older than the creation date of the rest of the Myspace pages, etc, so I'm thinking it's a deadend.

I dug for a little while on the site, but agree that there doesn't seem to be anything of use.

Rampant speculation, but the "missing years" and "stolen time", along with the idea of POz doing something to children, reminds me of the Pied Piper story. Especially since they're musicians. It makes me wonder if the reason that they look younger than they are is that they are leading young people away to steal their youth?

I believe you are right on the money. It's the only idea that makes sense right now. But there are also a lot of questions that need answers - such as, why does it take 3 years to take someones' youthfulness? I might start digging for those answers in the near future, when I have time to get around to it.

I don't think its about "taking their youthfulness". It seems more like being kidnapped, or falling into a hole for three years and finally climbing back out, but not remembering what happened during those years in the hole.

The glasses thing jumped out at me. Daniel Barnes' interviewee was blind when she woke up after the missing 3 years, wasn't she? Does the time stealing damage their eyesight in some way?

Also, Corporeal's MySpace blog, he made a big deal about Malyce wearing contact lenses. Since some eyesight loss usually happens in old age, are Priestley Oz trying to steal the sight of the teens?

(I'm assuming here that the victims didn't wear glasses before the missing time, as if PO were trying to steal youthful sight, picking out those who didn't have 20-20 vision to begin with makes no sense.)

That, to me, links in with the hairdos on that website Price Hathoway linked to. The kids all have thick heads of hair, another youthful attribute.

(But it seems after the missing time, the kids still do have thick hair. So maybe that is a non-starter.)

Just looked at Corporeal's photo again. He has very strange-looking eyes himself, doesn't he? (Although, strange in a way I can't put my finger on.) Maybe Malyce does too... and the kids who have lost time... could they be wearing coloured lenses to disguise that, rather than ordinary corrective glasses?

it would be interesting to ask Price/Daniel if they have seen anything odd with the witnesses eyes.
