Afaik, such page isn't [and wasn't] online, tough looks like it belonged to http://www.alfa-tsentr.ru/en/ Problem is the site wasn't renewed.

Ah, I figured. I've been trying to hunt the site's location down by researching some of the terms it used on the page, in russian...Only connection I've been able to find that I don't think anyone else has pointed out yet is menoftaste.net has a reference to Burj, Dubai.

Hate to burst your bubble, but that part of the story has long passed (ie: offline indefinitely). You can find out pretty much everything that's happened by reading all 175 pages of the Junko Junsui trailhead , though no-one could blame you if you pass on that.

You keep using those words. I don't think they mean what you think they mean.

Whoever designs the websites for this project is really talented, all the sites look great, along with their respective code. That's one of the reasons I follow this whole thing, love to see the work put into it.

I'm still working on tracking down this website:

sure is taking awhile
The trail of Alfa-Tsentr ends at one of the keywords in the Men-of-Taste description meta-tag " http://www.alfagroup.org/ " , They probably just threw that in there to look like they're part of or connected to a large Russian commercial/oil entity.
[edit - image is really big and may not be SFW for some locations, changed to link - kona]
