Yes, I just noticed this as well. I was wondering if it was old and I just didn't notice it, but apparently I was wrong.

Well, we know the characters now, and we know we're following the right tracks. The Flea and the Queen are still eluding us though...

My personal thoughts, mostly speculation:

Melissa is split into two personalities, which SPDR was never fully able to repair. These personalities would be, of course, Sleeping Princess and Queen.

They are such opposites. One is so innocent while the other is so harsh and cruel. As we learn in chemistry, opposites attract. Maybe they were two parts to one whole? Because if you would put them together, it sounds like then you would have a fully functioning AI then. Someone who knows when to be funny and understanding, but also when to get right down to business. Sounds alot like our good friend Cortana.

Also, I do recall seeing Operator mention: "The Spider is working on me again... She cuts my legs off and sticks them on my (shoulders or head? I can't remember, but that's not my point)... What a beautiful monster I have become."

That sounds insanely cold, and very much like the Queen. But, at the beginning of our little ARG, I was putting all of the Operator's comments, both naughty and nice, into one lump sum. Because she was trying to protect Dana and not scare her off. The Operator mentioned wishing to protect Dana's core, so she could be safe.

Plus the fact that the Operator is calling us and giving us data bits from her memory, trying to find her old crew? These two must be two halves of the same whole. Just night and day, and one doesn't know what the other one is doing. Think of it like partitioning your hard drive. You can run two operating systems on it and make it act like two different computers, but yet it is still the same hardware and the same hard drive all in one lump sum.

And the Flea? A parasite... Pious... Humble... Flea... Parasite... Humble Paracite? Sounds impossible, but what happens when you get an advisor who's purposely trying to steer you in the wrong direction? He's being kind about it, but he's being a parasite the entire time and taking you for a free ride. Making you do what he wants you to do, even though it hurts you.

Flea advises the Queen. Flea tells Queen to lock away Princess. Princess is Operator's kind and understanding side. Leave Queen unchecked, you get an advanced, uncaring war machine. SPDR realizes this, and this doesn't go with it's plans. Operator can't be fully repaired if the system is at war with itself. SPDR attacks the flea to make the madness stop, and Queen, Operator, retaliates and kills SPDR.

And, in the midst of all of this, Princess is waking up again. If the castle is the term relating to the Operator as a whole unit, then Queen and Princess live in the castle, and thus live in Operator.

Glass Coffin... well... you still got me there... I'll ponder in the mean time, but those are my thoughts for now.

But when she said that, we didn't know who SP was because it was so early on, therefore myself, and a bunch of others, threw it into the same batch as the what the Operator was saying.

Plus, she's saying she's not the Queen's daughter and is older than the queen. If you take that in a different light, it could still mean they're the same person, just modified. Maybe the "Queen" behavior was loaded into Operator at a later date and her original program was the SP personality. All once again speculation, but I'm pretty much dead set on the fact that they are the same person. Sorry, heh.

Dana has helped me confirm something in my mind, Jan is a product of the spartan program. not saying she is one for sure but is directly related due the the fact she has been genetically changed
