 		From what I gather...
I cant say if this is in game or just someone pulling our chains, but this seems alot like the MissingTeddyHanssen blog. John Garrettie, 11112014349 (password), half censoring important documents, the character of interest just ups and vanishes, a sassy woman is now looking for said character, in this case Hal. Just seems like who ever made this is recycling MissingTeddyHanssen.

No, John Garrettie works for the CIA and was investigating Teddy's disappearance ...supposedly. Hal or Harold McCo-something is our character of focus.

The previous post that was in Spanish is now translated, seems that Foster's mom wrote the first one in Spanish. Also theres a new post titled: "It Starts With The Flu". There is also someone holding a document labeled "TOP SECRET B.P.R.D." with a sword logo in the lower right. And where Hal's name once was theres a person name Thad Foster's name with a weird red glowy picture as the avatar.

EDIT: From what I gather the site has been taken over by our 14 year old friend,Thad Foster the aspiring hacker. Thad Foster also mentions that Hal's laptop had raw footage from the night over 2 YEARS AGO!!!!

Theres also a message Hal sent to his manager:
One of Hal's messages to his manager was that he feels he wasted his life on the "project."
"... I feel time management was our failure in warning innocent citizens of the impending crisis. ... I wish I had never worked with the Administration during the cover up. While I have destroyed the original tapes, I saved copies before burning them to the SD cards that were requested for Military Training. ... Now, it's begun yet again! Someone has already commented on the newest post and its very interesting, but these comments are always tricky. We dont even know if this is the real deal, but lets hope.

I am terribly confused. HAL originally showed pictures of the behind the scenes of the makin gof cloverfield. Now they are talking about "the incident" as if it really happened. Well maybe the incident is not MGP attack. I guess I will sit back and watch this develop and see what it actually is.

There seems to be very little interacting we can do with these characters right now though.
