they never solved anything - but swear that there clues in there...

...and So why the newspaper clipping in the wallets yesterday...

I think it is a hint to dig deeper...

The newspaper clipping mean something or else why include them...

I still think the rabbit hole was open from last summer - but there were not enough minds to decipher it.

This is way to co-incidental the number 5 showing up everywhere.

..just though of this now - I wonder if ENCOM (also a 5 letter word) means

COME N as an anagram - as in "Come In" - maybe stretching it a bit.

But obviously the rabbit hole is getting bigger with all the new finds.

Looks like this ARG is not skin deep...

This is fun!

If ENCOM is an anagram, that'd be quite some foresight to plant a clue to this ARG in a movie released 20 years ago...

Even if not, personally I'd pay if I had to... to watch an exclusive trailer at an IMAX theater before anyone else on the planet does, for a movie that was an integral part of my childhood and inspiration for my career? Heck, I'd DRIVE the eighteen hours to New York to see it if I could. Razz

Blinking offices

Okay, so since some of the offices are blinking and others aren't, it could be a clue. What are the cities? I think I can identify:

New York
Los Angeles
Sydney
London
Tokyo

I don't know the ones in south america or northern europe.

So yous don't think it'll be the whole movie? I 'll pay for it, sure. I hope it's the whole movie!

MTV is blogging about it. MTV wouldn't blog about it if it were just a trailer. Or would they?

the effects are nowhere near being finished for the whole movie and this is one that they will definitely not show rough cuts with unfinished effects.

I wouldn't call me a genius if I miss an arcade that's right beneath my feet because I run outside and around the block looking for it, only to return and miss the drop by seconds.

Okay, out of curiosity, I went through the flynnlives and flipped over all the prime numbers. Nothing.

abnormalities in the thread counts?

Hi all - new here but very much a TRON fan... I don't know if anyone else caught this, but if you look through http://www.flynnlives.com/discussionforums/ at the post counts, the one titled "Is Someone Messing with Me?" shows a post count of 14, but there are only 13 posts in the thread... Obviously this could be oversight when they threw it together, but maybe worth considering/looking into?

Just did the first one, although I have not flipped all of the doubles twice, as once it's flipped I don't remember where any individual one is. Anyone been able to do so? Anyway, I didn't see anything

Considering the time they have (Agent Lex has already stated that the London theater only has 50 minutes to do whatever they're going to do before their next IMAX showing starts, so counting theater evac and cleanup expect the event to be no more than 20-30 minutes) it's either going to be a trailer or a semi-finished scene or both.

My guess would be a trailer because it justifies the code entry on the "derez" page; doing so would make the trailer public.

MTV says there's a remote possibility of a full screening... Not only do I seriously doubt that, I personally would probably not want to see a movie like this until all the post-production is complete. It'll just ruin things.

My guess that is what it will be... and PITCELL with the picture makes me think you are going to be seing a duel in the PIT CELL. THe pic I think the guy is walking into an arena or PIT to duel out with other programs. Just a hunch.
