[PUZZLE?] DeathAngel.jpg on Deadpoems Forward page

I just improved the image of the death angel so it's easier to see. It's wearing armour for some reason, and looks more of a death knight to me.

It also appears that this image would repeat forever (that's why I doubled it) so might it be from some kind of wall hanging or wallpaper border type material?

Probably not important, but never say never eh?

Edit: Looks like someone's been at istockphoto again Wink

I would think that the pic + the coded poem = the name of the web site to which we should go.

Rather than literally going to "ancient terror" I figure that the picture is of some kind of ancient terror - and when we figure out its name, we'll have our next place to go.

Awesom Wishi-san ^_^! I saved this picture last night while I was checking out poems and I wanted to get around to improving the contrast on it ^_~! Obviously you beat me. I thought theres was a little something about this picture that kinda made me look at it twice. There is something faintly unusual about it isn't there? Lets try to keep it in mind while we continue, since I dunno where to place it in the game right now.

Um, I don't know if this helps, but both "Ancient Terror" and "Death Angel" are thrash metal bands:

Ancient Terror: http://www.rockdetector.com/artist,42660.sm
Death Angel: http://www.rockdetector.com/artist,2305.sm

...probably just a coincidence...

The picture of the hole with the string struck me because it's also on CMH.com. Also it says the book is Coming Soon right next to it. I think whats on the other side of that string is definatly about Ann.

I know this isn't PRECISELY about the DeathAngel, but . . . the book picture at the top of the page at http://www.deadpoems.com/purchase.html has a few things that stand out to me, but mostly the fact that the two d's in the last line are written differently. Could this be another flip picture puzzle? I haven't seen anything else, but maybe the image is stegged. Or sommat.

i was looking at that last picture upside down. i can't make much sense of the wording... but look at the actual picture upside down. instead of the doorway looking like a door at the and of an outside alley way {hence the buildings outline} it now looks like a spooky door in a spooky coridoor... like the "last walk" of a person on death row. Could this be a hallway in the CMH? Could i be grasping at straws? maybe both...
