Did we get confirmation that this is 42E?

I know that there is a generally accepted speculation that 42E is PM because of the similarities to other 42E games, but I don't recall ever seeing it proved out.

It should not really matter one way or another. But it is concerning to me that some are now making assumptions about the progression of the game and the level of problem-solving required based on 42E's modus operandi

So I was taking a look at my Tron phone and looked over the Virgin Mobile alerts that were on it. The phone was activated on 2/18. $120 was added on 2/22. $30 was added at the exact same time on 2/22 so the balance is at least $150.00. According to the introductory message, the rate is $0.20/min. That would be 750 minutes. That is a lot of minutes!

There is also a message that reads: "Service Preserved! Your service has just been extended for an entire year." There are 2 of those messages, received 1 minute apart on 2/22.

Based on that, I don't think we need to worry about our phones deactivating any time before the movie comes out. It also means that we don't have any clues as to when they might ring again.

On a another topic, the phones contain the Call Me number that we used to find the wallets. Has anyone called that number again? I am curious as to what would happen. This is my first real ARG, so I don't know if that is frowned upon. So someone else do it Very Happy

Sorry Bruceoite. It's not that it's "frowned upon" or anything, so much as that trail is a dead end. The phone won't do anything until "They" are ready contact you. So don't waste the energy on it.

But enjoy your prepaidness, all the same.

Anyhow... Don't get distracted by phones and false leads and clues that aren't there.

Maybe pay attention to the official Convention sites (from the list of cons i posted below) for any clues about an upcoming press conference, or any Tron actors appearing, or anything related to FLO or ENCOM.

With that I flee out the door to earn some cash, and I'll check up on you crazy cats later.
