Seriously, though, it's a good observation, but as of now, pretty much all the theories that we have come up with here have either been disproven or are on hold until we get more information. Most of the theories that were introduced in the past are just not talked about much now simply because there's really nothing more to say on the issue. Doesn't mean we don't still consider them valid possibilities.

Also, you should be glad that you don't live at my place. Old, old building, where squirrels, raccoons and opossums frequently use my window ledges as footpaths. Overgrown like hell, with trees and vines and whatnot. But I've gotten used to it.

I mean the one was found in storage room in Bryan house(entry #16, 3:50), the same(looks like) bottle appeared in entry #17(was handed to Tim, 1:07). I saw it somewhere else, just don't remember when.

Speculation is that they buy a certain brand of water en masse. Probably not the same exact bottle from #17 to #16/18/23/whatever, but seem to be a hint that Tim's been lurking. Connected with him drinking water from a fountain as well in #15.

The waver looks like it's caused by the camera moving, not Slendy. If you look at Slendy's shadow you'll see a corresponding arm-like shadow stretched out. I think that the 'tentacle' you're seeing is Slendy's arm, and that he's resting it against one of the verandah's pillars. Kind of like he's feeling it, actually. Or like he saw someone lean on something, once, and is badly imitating that.

Well. I disagree. The way I look at it, if its an arm, or not, he isn't leaning. he's reaching for the light on the porch. If the "him needing electricity to manifest himself" thing is true, it makes perfect sense. Because any time alex thinks he's around. he turns the light off, like he just did before filming slenderman

I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to tell us with the red lines/comparison. It still looks like an arm at shoulder height, hand behind the verandah/stoop pillar so that we can't see it.

Besides, why would the MH crew place a single tentacle in the very first entry, but none in the following videos where the characters are obviously in more direct danger?

I am pretty sure that Jay filmed that introduction footage himself, but that's just me.
