[Spam] Possible spam trailhead?

Just received this bit of spam...
Looks like any old junk mail, but there's all these funky characters interspersed within in a TINY font (reformatted and italicized for ease of readability):

Notice how the italicized text in the first actual line of the letter says "cut by".

Think it means anything, or is it just some craaaazy spammer? The web site looks pretty fake to me...

Edit by Addlepated - changed subject line for clarity.

I did a ROT IT test on everything, I'm not getting anything. I'm wagering that they're just doing that to get past your spam filters.

that's to fool some anti-spam software. Very doubtful that's any sort of a lead in.

It seems odd that there is so much gibberish, and it's a really crappy sales pitch.

http://www.mmbn.info didn't give me a site, but http://www.mmbn.info.com took me to a search engine called info.com. Click here for search results for "mmbn.info" from that site.

In those results are references to a spam filter, a company called M&M finance at http://www.kolobokt.info/ (which also doesn't come up) and a nursing college in China. mmbn is also short for Mega Man Battle Network.

I think the spam filter is the nail in the coffin. Here's the link to that site. Scroll way down to find mmbn.info

Also, Googling "Personal Broker Group" yielded nothing useful.
