As for the content. I'd expect an update very soon from Jay if Masky did in fact break in and post it from his computer, since there'd be some disturbance in his surveillance cameras. Otherwise you can assume they hacked into his account.

Also, did anyone find if there was an extra last frame? When I downloaded it all I got was the same black ending.

This is obvious endgame. Masky's motivations are so ridiculously obvious at this point I'm surprised nobody has come right out and said it.

Jay is somehow immune to Slenderman. I mean, come on, the evidence is right there. Slenderman completely ignores Jay in Return. He's the only one who didn't get hunted by Slenderman three years ago (as far as anyone can tell, at least). It explains why Masky put facepaint on Jay in Return: he was trying to get Slenderman to notice Jay and attack him instead, and it didn't work. Even when Jay runs into Slendy in 23, what happens? Apparently nothing. Jay gets a LOT closer to SM than any other character in this series has without vanishing mysteriously.

Masky/Tim has been following Jay for three years (Tim must have been the mysterious camera operator in Exit) to try and figure out how he's managed to avoid Slendy. It explains why he attacked Jay in Entry 16-he wanted to force him to tell how he was doing it. It explains why he agreed to the interview in Entry 15-to get an idea of what all Jay knows. It explains why he hasn't attacked Jay since Entry 16-he's been following Jay around to try and find whatever the Ark is. And the Ark, clearly, is referring to whatever totem or place that Jay is using (knowingly or not) to protect himself against Slenderman. And it's pretty clear that Masky/Tim thinks Jay DOES know, and he's just hiding it from everyone else; it certainly explains "you've been keeping secrets" and similar messages throughout.

The House must be where Slender Man originates from-which would explain why Masky/Tim is there. He's been staking out Slendy's "home" to try and get rid of him. Somehow, Tim has survived for 3+ years (though clearly with a little mental instability), but apparently Slendy vanished after Alex left. As an alternative to the "Jay has something that protects him from Slendy" theory, maybe Masky/Tim thinks Jay knows where Alex is-and that that place is safe from Slender Man.

In all events-Masky/Tim isn't so much hostile to Jay so much as he wants answers that Jay may or may not have.

Masky being jealous of Jay for being immune or not a target of Slendy is a decent idea, but as Megarain said, Jay's not immune to the effects even if he only comes down with them when he himself seeks out Slendy (Jay not being a target), but even then, if we're to believe that's Slendy in Entry #24, then it seems like he has gone after Jay as well and deliberately caused his effects on him.
