Deletion isn't the accepted method here. There's reason for it, one being that part of your repeat of some information could actually contain something new or even be better presented than the content elsewhere.

However, there is a tradition here that merits some revisiting, which makes for a bit of fun when pointing out such repetitions: the Trout!

To properly trout someone:

1. Politely link to the previous post on the subject that qualifies this one as trout

2. Make your post's subject [TROUT]

3. Add our friend the trout emoticon your post.
