 		I was searching the internet with the keyword Centralia and the number 12 (see latest post on the blog)

Check out the song names and location. Lots of references to the theme there.

 		As far as the year on that block goes I'm fairly sure it says 2016 other then that it seems to be a stalled game if a game at all.

 		Having it be 2010 would be nice for game purposes, but in reality, that would be a dumb date. Either 50 or 100 years out would be appropriate, but 44 years isn't even a possibility.

Not to mention that OOG blog http://www.u-town.com/centralia/day1-2.htm says it reads 2016.

So I'm guessing that the time capsule would be OOG as well... darn it.

 		This looks interesting. I'll lurk for now, cos of limited net access, but after six months with no game, it's nice to have something finally grab my interest.

Lots on possibly pertinent info on Centralia's wiki entry, too. PM has a lot to work with. (OOG) Nice pick, dude.
