No 3 answer

I've filled out all the boxes and given the answer and it still is telling me to try again

Then you probably have the wrong answer. #3 should only have the numbers three through eighteen with nothing doubled.

Obviously there's a solution, so, here it is:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
03, 17, 16, 06
14, 08, 09, 11
10, 12, 13, 07
15, 05, 04, 18

I put in the zeros just so it would space everything out properly. Don't enter them in.

The row total is 42.

I think the words are simply capitalized for emphasis. There's not enough vowels from the out of place capitalized letters to make a message, and the words themselves don't make a message when pulled out of the letter.

I do know that many documents from that time period (American Revolution) used capitalization for emphasis, especially for nouns.

Hey Datango, I clicked on your attachment and it said intruder alert. Is that just because only Lucians are aloud to see it? Cool Cool Cool Razz Razz Razz Idea Idea
