Also, Pile o' tapes made me laugh more than it probably should.

So, the masky doll is almost complete, I just need to put some finishing touches on his jacket and what not.
(I'm amazed that I finished his pants today, I've been playing Bioshock alll night.)
For his face, the original plan was to model him after Tim but I got to thinking that might be a bit too creepy to have a doll modeled after one of the actors. I went with the next best option!

I actually really like how his mask is removeable; the red you chose also looks fantastically like blood.

Also, I have that same mini Coke glass. Just thought it was funny.

Thanks for all the feedback guys <3

Arison, I intentionally made it look like blood. C:<

Since I'm leaving the final details until tomorrow, I did a small painting of Tim similar to the Masky painting I did, for obvious reasons.

This practically SCREAMS ">_> <_<" to me. It's almost incomplete without the music that they use in the Simpsons when something evil is discovered or exposed. XD "DUN Dun duuuuuuun"

Why must you be so amazingly productive? XD You so crazy!

I just had another one of my "This is why I can't have nice things" ideas. I just watched an epic playthrough of Bioshock (I have no Xbox, it's the only way I can check out the games I want to play), and since I spent so much time making my Mask, I thought it would be majorly kick-ass to design a Splicer around it.

Unless that's a lame idea.

I posted a few pictures over at the actual Mask thread, but here's my favorite shot again because I'm so damn proud of the job I did.

Oh, and the playlist is at a bit of a stand-still as of the moment, I won't upload it until the end of the week so anyone else who wants to contribute to it still can. PM me with the download link if you have something.

ALSO ALSO ALSO my friend decided that, in the same vein as the videos that used the audio from "Crazy Guy Yells at Cats" over MH footage, someone needs to do that with Christian Bale's epic freak out.

It was! I hadn't made a papercraft in a while and it was really fun to make one again. I ended up cutting his hair, too, because holy shit his hair, but I think you did a better job at it than I did. In any case it's seriously adorable and I plan on making some for my friends (or at least getting them all to make one).

Here's another photo I took:

Masky is on forbidden territory now. What is that, A domestic shorthair? I have the same cat! Very Happy
Also, Pffft, Masky wouldn't just be a sploicer. He'd be Sander Cohen, duh!

No one can replace Sander fucking Cohen. It takes WORK to be that fabulous. He would totally hang out with Sander, though.

Also I need to find a glue stick, I wanna make that Papercraft today.

EDIT: Didn't find the dress I originally wanted, but I found another dress that could really work, it's retro-looking, and it's black with white polka-dots. I'll snag some pictures in a little bit, I've got to add the ribbon I need to let the mask stay on. I also need period-accurate stockings, right now I just have regular fishnets.

I like it! Though the lines on his head reminded me of hair, which made me think of Slendy in a toupee. >_>; Anyways, don't mean to intrude on your pic, but you can do something similar here. If anyone wanted to know.

Also, Masky as a splicer? Slendy should be his Big Daddy. (Even though I'm aware it doesn't work that way. Just can't picture Masky in a little sister dress.) It's Portal meets Bioshock!

If I could afford to go to London, I totally would. Alas, I live in Michigan, and have no money.

I took some pictures of my Splicer costume, I might scrap the belt later, I love how it looks, but there's a band in the dress that sits across my hips, having both makes it look weird. Also I never realized that the dress makes my chest look way bigger than it actually is. Damn rouching.

Please ignore my filthy bathroom mirror, it was the only room with good enough lighting.
