Also, I know it's continuing the story, but I can't help but worry that because Jay has communicated with us again that Slenderman or Masky/TTA will be able to find him. They know he's in a hotel, so they'd just have to... search every hotel in the state. Or the next state over or whatever.

 		Oh definitely. I think that would get a collective "OH SHIT" from the internet if it happened. I'm sure they'll get Jay eventually, regardless of the tweet, but it still makes me worry. :<

Even without replying to our beellions of notes and tweets, I'm pretty squeeful with where everything is going. Back before ###### I kept thinking (and I'm sure blathering), "oh man, I wish that Masky would show up again. I love that character... And after that, "man, I hope that the next development is that Jay gets outta there and not that he gets kidnapped!" and, what do you know, this tweet last night. Either they're providing some serious fan service and a lot of people are gabbling in the same direction as me, or I don't know what... XD But I like it!

Anyways, been wondering where this is going. It seems like we're definitely going to get more videos. JKat and I were chatting about this, and thinking that it would be interesting if they took the story telling to a different medium (namely, twitpics and more tweets) while Jay's on the road... but if he's got his laptop with him then I suppose he'd probably have a camera or two, so we'll probably get more of the same. Wonder if he'll post to the Marble Hornets account? Like, would you keep posting to the account that someone else had access to? He hasn't deleted ######... I guess to preserve the evidence?! Would he start up a new account?

ARGH I HOPE NOT! D: I can... actually see that happening, given that they so clearly set up the idea that doorways in Jay's house could seem to work like portals or something... but honestly, what purpose would it serve in the story? We'd be back to the cycle that we've seen before, and that wouldn't advance the storyline! I keep thinking that he's getting driven out of town in order to have a reason to find Alex. He knows he's gotta find him, and god knows that he wouldn't have gotten off his ass if he knew he was going to wind up where he started...

Oh man, I hope things don't go down that road. What a way to put a story into doldrums... maybe AFTER they get something accomplished, getting sucked back home... but it doesn't make sense to shoot themselves in the foot like that right now!

You know, that is true... I'd always figured that Masky was Alex or Tim (or both, passing the mask off!) so I assumed that they'd know where Jay lived. o_o but if Alex isn't in on this, then there's probably something weirdly supernatural about it. (Funny to assume a more mundane reason before a far-out one, in the case of Marble Hornets!)

Because Marble Hornets is all about advancing the storyline... I agree that it looks like we're finally going to move forward, but the only movement of the storyline so far has been "ZOMG I'm out of tapes, so now craziness is happening to me instead of Alex". Personally I'm agreeing with whoever bet on Jay waking up in his house. And like Dray, think that would stink like a port-a-potty.

 		Just did a google search on Slenderman, and this is something i found (actually it was the first link but whatever Razz)

In it, it says a couple things that caught my attention:

"Once his arms are outstretched, his victims are put into something of a hypnotized state, where they are utterly helpless to stop themselves from walking into them."

"Whether he absorbs, kills, or mearly takes his victims to an undiclosed location or dimension is also unknown as there are never any bodys or evidence left behind in his wake to deduce a definite conclusion."

This was probably written before the whole Marble Hornets thing started, so what I was thinking is that maybe the creators are using some of the mythos created before hand? Just a thought.


Also, I predict that the next TTA video will be one simply of TTA video taping Jay though the window of his hotel. If the room is on a higher level, Slenderman will give TTA a little boost, you know with his stretchy powers and all Very Happy
