Hahahaha, and call his room all night making creepy breathing noises and hanging up.

Pff, just show up with whatever Jay orders from room service! Give him a REAL double take.

Because Marble Hornets is all about advancing the storyline... I agree that it looks like we're finally going to move forward, but the only movement of the storyline so far has been "ZOMG I'm out of tapes, so now craziness is happening to me instead of Alex". Personally I'm agreeing with whoever bet on Jay waking up in his house. And like Dray, think that would stink like a port-a-potty.

I don't think they'll have him show up in his own house again until something important has happened; it just seems like too much trouble to go to to show that he can't escape. Why not milk a location change for all that it's worth before abandoning it again -- if Jay gets shunted back to his house (or Brian's house, or wherever) in the next entry, you can bet that he's not going to try that sort of running away again. He's tried barricading himself in, which resulted in nothing useful. If he can't run and he can't hide, and he's not willing to keep searching as he has been, that leaves him with no options. :c I don't think they're going for a 'Jay offs himself' ending, or at least I hope not!

I think we'll get one/two entries of Jay in his new pad, before something happens to force him back on the run. Maybe one entry of "this is kinda weird, but has a mundane explanation" - followed by an "OOOOOOOOcrap" entry, perhaps something along the lines of Jay being teleported; either back to his house or the Slenderhouse.

I would imagine that J, even though he can't take his camera system with him, is carrying a portable camera around with him at all times (or, at least, a positioned camera overlooking his bed, as he did before). So we'll get an entry or so along those lines.

Still crossing my fingers for an attempt to wrassle Alex out of oblivion. And by that, I mean a phone call or something: "hey, Alex, it's J. Yeah, it has been a long time. So, uh, I'm kind of in some trouble, and... well... I know that you said that I shouldn't talk to you about this, but could you just youtube search 'marble hornets' and go to, like, Entry #23? Yeah, that one." *a long pause, then Jay holding the phone back from his ear and cringing, and finally,* "Alex? Hello? Alex? ...Damnit."

XD

I wonder if there's any way that, should he find the guy, he could break the news in such a way that Alex wouldn't hang up on him outright?

Also, I think we're probably going to get a couple of more relaxed entries before another 'oh crap!' one... I mean, they've been amping things up so hard. It's hard to maintain that level of paranoia/threatening/stress!

Actually, has J ever said that he does (or does not, naturally) know where Alex had moved to? Since he's on the run, I would imagine that he might run to Alex, as I'm sure several have mentioned.

Of course, if J shows up an Alex's doorstep, I doubt Alex would be happy that the resident [s]homeless tramp[/s] Slenderman is hanging around his house again Razz

I read that and I could see that in my head in a anime style format.

To continue your storyline;

(Switch to masky's bedroom beside Jay's)

Masky with mask high enough just to reveal mouth as he omnomnoms a Doughnut. In backround, laptop running world of warcraft

Yes, he's mentioned not knowing where Alex is. Nobody knows where he is. Jay even asked Tim in #15, and Tim said he didn't know where Alex or Brian were.

...in fact, isn't that one of the major points of the series? Jay is trying to find out what the hell happened to Alex?

Oh wow. Yeah, no... the sideburns were rockin', but that neckbeard is going to get you nowhere, Masky. D:

As for not knowing where Alex is, I'm pretty sure that that's the score right now. It'd be kind of funny in a twisted way for Jay to wind up in a cemetery over a headstone. "All of my efforts were for nothing!" inscribed across the top!

I imagine more of finding Alex in the room next to his, on his way back to town for some reason, muttering to himself, with those white eye contacts in. But not, because I don't really want it to be something I thought of already.

So, you all think the guys would actually pay for a night in a hotel to film something for this, or are they gonna work around that somehow? :v

It does seem like a feckload to spend on something without compensation! O_O Too bad they don't have a 'donate' button or something that we could toss "hey we like your show" money at. Anyways, I'm sure that even if they're not actually paying for a night at a hotel, they can drive around and make it seem as if they did!

Well, he could have actually not gone to a hotel, and is waiting for the masked one to decide to crash at his house, catching him drinking out of the milk carton.

Though, the hotel would be a nice change in scenery, even if it is just someone new's house made up to look like a hotel room.

If someone had a dorm room, that'd be so easy. XD Well, maybe.

Why would Jay confront Masky? He seems to fail every time they face off -- I mean, either Masky has brain-blanking powers or else he is uncannily good at knocking a person out without 'em realizing it.

...Besides, ew. Jay's house's milk is probably a month past its expiry date. That alone would be enough to kill a person!

Well, J hasn't shown himself in the past to be the sharpest knife in the drawer.

Maybe J is a soy milk person.

Also, it was mostly a joke. I was just trying to think of something you would set up a camera to catch a room-mate doing.

"Masky, there is mud on my boots. Did you kidnap me again?"

"Chill, I just thought you needed some time to relax?"

"How can I relax if I never remember? Where did you... You took me there again didn't you?"

"Come on, I know the guy. I couldn't just leave him hanging."

*Cut to comedy club. Slender man is at the mic, bumping his face into it in an attempt at comedy. There is a sign on one wall of a camera with a slash through it.*

Alternate:

*Cut to theater. Slenderman is the candlestick in a production of Disney's version of Beauty and the Beast trying his hardest to sing Be Our Guest*
