encom intranet page
Encom page

ok so I googled "verbisware". Apparently it's Encom's OS, and they have a new 7.0 in development. Must of missed the mention of that on the Encom site.

I'm pretty sure that whatever this ARG and any online or IRL event will envolve something with something more fun than "quality testing" a
make-believe Operating System.

There *is* a Tron Legacy videogame in development IRL...

I just got my Encom badge in the mail. It is as awesome if not more awesome than what you see in the picture.

Pretty cool stuff. Loving all the Swag for this.

I haven't had the time to read every thread here dude. I looked quickly through that Encom site several weeks ago.
I've been busy with real life stuff and so some details slipped my mind.

I'm following the ARG but some of the extremely hard puzzles escape me since I'm very right brained (abstract/creative thinker) and only somewhat a technical thinker.

Sorry if it came across as something more than that, didn't mean to seem like I was picking on you or anything...

posted screencaps of the loged in page, http://tron.wikibruce.com/Encom_Intranet btw: Group 7 access was what the programmer of tron had before MCP locked him out of the system, so i would expect log in ability to be fairly short....

Thanks man, those images help a lot for those of us still badge-less.

If Encom is dropping hints in regards to the location of their press event it seems that Wondercon has to be the obvious choice if the event is happening at a convention.

The timing (roughly 3 weeks from now), plus the location (the west coast) give hints but the picture they list below the announcement pretty much seals it. The image is of San Francisco Harbor:

For those of you not familiar with San Francisco, just to verify, look to the left here:

Wondercon is April 2-4 in...San Francisco, CA.

I hope it's a free event and not in/at Wondercon.

I haven't the spare funds to go to Wondercon in San Fran.. and San Fran is frakkin' 800+ miles and due to my situation in life I'm not able to get to San Fran on my own.

I can get to Los Angeles.. but come on San Fran F*** that's far for me. Sad

Just got my badge in the mail today.... that had to be the quickest 2 - 3 weeks I've ever waited.

I came here first instead of going to the Encom site, so I need to check things out there too.

Apparently Zack over at Arcade Aid was puttin in some OT to get our employee badges ready.

Haven't gotten my badge yet. Out of all of the people who have, what group accesses have you gotten?

At least that's what I got.
