I didn't have postage due here. My Stamp was for $1.05, anyone else's different?

My stamp was $1.05 too. But the photo here http://s3.photobucket.com/albums/y80/retox9k/FlynnLives/?action=view&current=envelope.jpg shows postage due too (although it appears to be crossed out). My USPS lady came to the door to collect her change! Laughing

Woot! Just got mine, all facts match. Mine was not postage due, and $1.05 was paid.

After reading through the emails, I thought this:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Sender: JM_ACCT_DEPT
Subject: Heeeeeeeeeeeeyyyyyyyyyyyy!

Killer party last weekend! So good to hang with all of you in accounts payable!
BTW, has anyone seen Lila? I can't seem to find her... as I said - KILLER PARTY!

--Silly Jilly

was the likely clue.

how i wish there was a way to track our ENCOM badges to see when they'll arrive. i'll be ticked if the post office held my badge and put it in the P.O. box instead of delivering it to my house. i did use my street address, so HOPEFULLY it'll be delivered there. Sad

I've had the same PO Box for over 20 years (they know me, well) and the USPS just started making them return to the sender, any items not specifically sent to the PO Box.

It's so hard for UPS, FedEx, et.al. to find my street address, they routinely leave items at the PO who holds it and puts a note in my box.

I should say, they *used* to do this. Now they return the item to the sender.

This causes problems with places like Amazon, who, all of a sudden, don't allow you to put a PO Box for a shipping address (Is my physical address really that crucial for your business model?) and then dutifully turn the order over to the vendor who may decide to use USPS to ship. The item gets to the PO and then goes back to the vendor on the next truck, marked "undeliverable as addressed".

Also a problem when the vendor used UPS and then UPS decides to, in turn, use the USPS.

And, my PO is one of those where if I send something to my next-door neighbor, it actually goes through the sorting center 60 miles away, first.

And these people think they can run "healthcare"?

BTW...
I'm in California and no badge, yet.

That is the one email that's not typical corporate bulls&*t.

A missing person - "Lila". A "Killer" party...
Figuring out who Lila is, and what happened to her could be the next mission.

Already checked the cast listing - no one named lila there. Perhaps she's a user who got sucked in.

Ahh...Yeah, I had a similar thought after reading that. If she did it probably wouldn't be to the same world Flynn is in as his is running on a private, non-Encom server. At least that's what has been said so far, who knows though...

It's over at AIC, supposedly it's the synopsis of the whole movie.

It's 12:26 here in Az, and still no mail...which means no badge. So sad. I'm gonna go crazy!

Oh great, possible postage due. My local Postal Nazis seem to look for every excuse not to deliver things and I am pretty sure they often 're-weigh' mail to try to extort recover incorrectly applied postage fees. They also seem perfectly able to violate their own policy for junk mail. "Responsible Driver" doesn't live here, and is not "Current Resident" or "Postal Customer", yet they can deliver that - but "Euchre" can't get squat anymore. Post-9/11 regs she says. Didn't live at this addy before 2006, and used to get stuff to Euchre. Pure BS.

Did the opening scene claim by AICN get corroborated by anyone else yet? I've scanned over other accounts of the visit, yet not seen mention of that yet. I don't call uncorroborated details claimed by AICN canon. If the system isn't connected to anything else; 1. how did the 'page' sent to Bradley get out 2. how did Tron get in there?
