Okay this looks like something definitely equates to the general themes:
http://www.drwhoguide.com/whobbk29.htm
Read Synopsis:
Quote:
Doctor tries to help her focus by explaining that all life was once a part of a single unity; but the Kinetic Dance fragmented, and the pieces forgot their connection to the whole.
Having just reread Through of Gates of the Silver Key this above quote so similar to what Randolph Carter experiences when his passes the ultimate gate.
I'm sure that the code in linked to The Key of Time and based upon all the clues baring the Cathedral pic background the password relates somewhow to Time.
Although admittley people have been using the Lovecraft Mythos as plot devices for a long time and I could be completely wrong. There me being a gemini

Looking at the puzzle and the pieces but so far not making sense to me. I'll continue to try and connect the dots.
Meanwhile, I asked Qadhos if B would be able to take possession of EC's body now she's out cold. Got the following reply:
Quote:
Negative,
Our unit retreived Eleanor's body. We are trying to link one of our agents mind to Eleanor's in order to gain information about the suspect who caused her dead. It is quite a rare experiment that we may be able to pull out. We will see.
I keep you posted.
So, Qadhos has her body.

So they are going to do a Fringe experiment on her...I don't envy the agent involved.

Possible link to background pic:

Quote:
In the Middle Ages the principal dignitaries of cathedral, collegiate chapters, and monastic orders, imitated the example of St. Gregory the Great in acting as directors of chant-schools.
The sheet music is probably Gregorian Chant.

Just wanted to throw my thoughts into the mix, as at the moment, thoughts are all I have.. :/
No apologies for stating the obvious here or covering anything that has gone before;
From the initial clues we have Canterbury Cathedral and the seal of Valdemar II, with a quote from the very first clue to this episode (and confucious), "Study the past if you would define the future". From the clue on QADHOS we have 'The Key' hyperlink which leads us to pic drejl posted above.
The picture is an apparently randomly placed list of the passwords/keywords we've used for the c1-c8 solves so far, on top of what appears to me to be a recently transposed Gregorian Chant (five line stave, round notes - as opposed to what seems to be traditional four line stave, square notes), most of the words (as the picture appears to be cropped) I think are "mors et saecula semper in manu eius sunt omnia, uita gaudium lux pax potestas gloria laus honor. Adiuuet, protegat, libere"
The keywords on 'TheKey' themselves have bolded letters, which only appear in the words from the first four solves, and where the word is longer than two letters, the bold one is the 3rd letter in every case. There is also a space between the R and A of RA, which seems out of place to me.
There are possible links (as most already posted) to;
Dr Who - Tomb of Valdemar - Key to Time
Gregorian - Lunar Calendar (linking back to kick-off clue)
Valdemar (film) - Lovecraft - Dreamlands (of course)
The Facts in the case of M. Valdemar - E. A. Poe - Where they communicate with a deceased body before it turns into a putrescent mess (nice).
but none of the above obviously connect with our keywords/bolded letters (at least in my mind). I'm no further than this with this one at the moment.. :/
Tex...
ETA : just a fwiw, studying the letters from Eschantra, as Seadevil mentioned earlier re Lovecraft's Dreamquest, I enjoyed the paragraph in p1-epy (clue five letter) attached below, which raises an eyebrow to The Statement of Randolph Carter, these items being what Harley Warren carried as he entered the crypt on the night of his 'disappearance'

Some thoughts I've had:
Clues in Clue 9 point to a Date or Time. Exception to the rule is Canterbury Cathedral.
Bolded Letters to be used in a substitution code of some sort, possibly a date shift.
No luck yet.
Finished reading Through Gates of the Silver Key, the book which Eleanor found is a definite must when using the Silver Key. Maybe Bobby is after the book.

If I'm stating the obvious and you've already traveled this alleyway please feel to have a beer on me
Okay based upon on the latin text of the music we get the:
http://www.jstor.org/pss/928256 which gives us:
Observations on the Technique of Chants of Alleluia
Quote from: http://www.pilegrim.info/index.aspx?id=1173130
Quote:
What we today call the Gregorian chant, is a mixture of French, German ond Roman traditions from the 8th and 9th centuries.
Alleluia is case you are wondering in its modern form is: Hallelujuh
Useful link to the Chant:
http://www.absoluteastronomy.com/topics/Gregorian_chant
As stated above by drejl the bolded letters appear to be anagram of RIKSMAL (Bokmal) which is language of Norway/Denmark - Still could be a trout.
How this relates back to Valdemar II (King of Denmark) is still elluding me.
This feels to be the right path, I hope

Got a bit of a hint from Qadhos when I e-mail them about the Gregorian-Lunar Conversian table:
Quote:
Time!
Yes, indeed, it may be a good idea! I don't know about the Gregorian-Lunar date but clearly time is relevant in this one; did you noticed that the clues share a common in the timeline? And the Confucius quote clearly lead in that direction.
So, the good 'ole days of ancient Egypt?

Err not sure where this timeline comes from:
Quote:
So, the good 'ole days of ancient Egypt?
I thought all the clues pointed to the 9th to 13th Centuries
I'm on the track on something, but its 9:05 and I've got go to work.
