Them's the rules. I'm not excited to go around knocking off people's avatars, but you can bet that at some point a mod will. Animation is OK, but the file sizes are kept small for the sake of those still on lower bandwidth connections. If someone can correct the dimensions and file sizes while preserving the basic aesthetic of the avatars, you'll be fine.

QTF? Well by a quick google search for acronyms, it could mean perhaps Quarter To Four... or Quebec Task Force... or Quarry Tile Floor... I like Quantum Theory of Field though.

QFT, however, typically translates as Quoted For Truth Wink
