What evidence has been found that Alex's middle name was Ryan? When people asked Jay about it, he seemed to dismiss the theory by saying he couldn't remember what Alex's middle name was.

ALEX'S MIDDLE NAME IS NOT RYAN, NOR DOES IT BEGIN WITH THE LETTER 'R'.

JAY HAS SAID THAT HE EITHER DOESN'T THINK ALEX'S MIDDLE NAME BEGAN WITH AN 'R' OR DOESN'T REMEMBER WHAT IT IS. THERE IS NO EVIDENCE AT ALL IN THE SERIES FOR ALEX HAVING A MIDDLE NAME.


I appologise for the capslock rage, but this topic has been brought up over and over again after it has been clarified that these are rumours and/or speculation that has gone wild. Every time it is stated that Alex's middle name did not begin with an 'R', it seems that ten more people come back asking the same question. Now that it's been warped from just an 'R' to Ryan it seems people can't get it out of their heads that Alex's middle name has never been brought up in the entries.

Well "Ark Exile" would come close to making sense if it actually used all of the letters. I've never seen anyone create an anagram where they just shoved in some random letters that weren't part of the anagram itself and expected people to figure it out.

Seems like we're grasping for straws here. It's just the dude's name.

Nor did I say it did come close to making sense despite not using all of the letters. I was just saying perhaps the words ark or exile could be used. If we don't know any anagram of alex kralie, that means it's just his name. If we do, we've found something. It is probably just a coincidence, but we must pay attention to the smallest detail.

Gaiz Marble Hornets is an anagram for Herbal Monster! It must be a clue or sumthing rite gaiz? Its also an anagram for Abhorrent Elms!

Technically, Alex Kralie is his real name, so it's unlikely that anything significant to the character or his plight will be hidden in his real name.

Marble Hornets anagrams are also somewhat unlikely, as he came up with the name before encountering Slenderman - and the name had significance to him when he was growing up.

ToTheArk anagrams were likely until Entry ######, once Masky tells him to lead him "to the ark". His name seems to be purely functional.

I had hoped for some nice anagrams when I first got into the game, but I doubt that any of the main nouns hold too many word-scrambly secrets.
