using a psuedo-playfair cipher, take 2 letters at a time.
find a rectangle where the upper right is the O, and the lower left is the J... follow the rectangle and find the Upper left, and the lower right ( T & H )

The first two words are THE PATH....

more to come.

I couldn't have done it without the datamatrix being decoded, and the interment chart posted by kona and cemgate.
mottjr gave me the interment chart broken into quadrants, and he pointed out that each quadrant had A-Z minus either I or J.

Which reminded me of the playfair cipher.
So after researching the playfair cipher, and noticing that the decoded datamatrix looked so much like a playfair cipher, except that there aren't any double letters in a regular playfair cipher.
So I just kept trying to figure out how it _could_ work.

that, to me, is exactly what is so cool about this stuff. everyone adds something, whether they mean to or not. things that seem to go nowhere often give someone else exactly what they need to figure it out. it's brilliant the way group think works.

great job everyone!

"oje xqhp wenlgsw goivwa"

one last attempt to explain what's going on.
take the first 2 letters of the code, OJ.
make that 2 corners of a rectangle, with the O in the upper right, and the J in the lower left.
Now follow that rectange to the other two corners.
The first decoded letter is T in the upper left, and the second is the H in the lower right.
so oj => TH.
Do the same thing for each 2 letters.

Wow...

You made it look easy. Your ASCII drawing just made the example crystal clear.

Hmmm... now what?

So Nine what?
Nine Guides?

Nine Muses of Greek Mythology?
Nine Worlds of Yggdrasil?
Nine Houses of Gaia?

If we have to build a ball field in the middle of the Jersey Pine Barrens, I'm outta here. Laughing

By the way, props to all. I'm new at this stuff, and you all have really helped out us novices at ARG. Thanks guys and gals.
