You're just seeing what you want to see. That isn't Slenderman, it's a fireman. It's old news footage and it's extremely unlikely they hired all these actors and extras just for less than 2 minutes of film for a YouTube series.

Here's my thoughts on the Slendy door-rip:

a) That window is placed unusually close to the "door", leaving what could only be a walls width between the two. This would place the window directly in the corner of the neighboring apartment unit, which is plain ridiculous.
b) The window is too low to the ground, suggesting the suite is probably in-ground, therefor the doorframe would have steps going down into a lower level, which is unlikely.
c) The "door" is WAY too small to be the entrance to an apartment building. The doorway would likely be much bigger, probably with some sort of key-pad security system (the kind you have to punch in the numbers and be 'buzzed' into)

Also, the reporter stated that it was the quietest it's been since the report started, and that everybody had been rescued from the building. This would mean the doors would already all be kicked in, or unlocked.
It's probably just a firefighter moving a chunk of burnt wood that was leaned up against the wall.

At any rate, shit just hit the fan. I wasn't expecting this.

I think slenderman is in the flames on the roof (the black mass looks humanish and seems to walk right beside the water), it is definitely not a second stream of water.
