You know, if any other organization would be having a gathering and post that requirement, I'd be genuinely concerned.

GAH!!! At least it's not New York or LA, those cities have the lock down on RL events. BRB, got to run to Priceline!

I've posted all the messages from the newly-accessible accounts:

Alan Bradley, Markus Grenwald, Patricia Jalardy, Willa Frewer, and Kurt Hardington.

Sounds like they want players to wear stuff that won't cause them to be injured if the event has activities where people are running around. If you attend, you might want to bring your ID along, just in case.

From meta standpoint, perhaps also a way to identify 'real' players from bystanders and friends and whatnot.
In-game, some of these things could also be related to what the announcement is regarding.

* Political buttons, pins, stickers and/or t-shirts must not be displayed on your person or in your workspace.

Likely to be safe for event filming and public presentation online.

* Your clothing must not be overly flammable.

Strangest requirement yet...

May I suggest and request that if someone is going with a 3GS, download the UStream Broadcaster app (or Qik if you're jailbroken) and live stream the event online? Very Happy

Yes, we are already all 'Abuzzed' about this IGN interview, we discovered late last night. By the way, as a shortcut, indeed as noted earlier on, this interview is downloadable in a HIGH QUALITY WMV video file, here's a direct link to download:

LINK -> http://streamingmovies.ign.com/movies/article/107/1079755/alanbradley_encom_interview_032310_wmvhd.wmv

Hehe, and also 'more comically noted', that IGN Interviewer does have a slight 'spitting image' to a slightly older Dan Shor, who played 'RAM' in the original TRON. First, this interview and now all these 'hacked' ENCOM employee e-mail accounts....this is getting WAY TOO COOL!

HEHE, would it be 'future Tron Legacy Viral classic' if, after the 'altercation' at the ENCOM Conference, 43 Entertainment creates a 'fictional Right Wing pundit news show', complete with a insane dude who as reality-diluted as Glenn Beck but sounds overly commerically viable as Jim Cramer, and puts the clip of it meticulously on say the CEO Hardington's Remote access desktop computer. In the brief video clip, the "GlennCramer' rants and raves that the 'action of FlynnLives Terrorists' being 'flagrant and Alan, with an uneasy look on his face gives a press conference insisting that FlynnLives is 'due for police actions and investigations' and there ends up being put on a ficitional 'FBI watchlist'? NOW WOULD BE 'NUCLEAR COOL'!
