Speakin' of the "home footage" part, and people who may or may not be present, I totally thought the first guy the camera passes, the one wearing the hat, was Alex at first.

But it's probably just a guy in a hat.

lol that's what I thought the first time I saw him too. Just the way he holds himself is a lot like Alex. Not that I think it means anything, it was just the first thing to cross my mind.

Off topic slightly:

After the footage ended, because of the timing of that awkward black screen of silence and the text "That was my apartment," I got chills. o_o It was all quiet for a second... then... "That was my apartment." And it ends there. I think that's why I like Marble Hornets. It doesn't try to overwhelm you with scary stuff popping out. It's the subtle things that do it. Like Slender Man just standing still.

He's just there.

Standing still.

Not doing anything.

...Mesmerizing...

*ahem* Anyways! Back on topic. One of the theories I have as to why Jay's apartment was burned down wasn't to send Jay a message. Well, it probably did, but my theory is that they wanted to isolate Jay. Jay is more secure and safe in his home. Now that he left his house, they're making sure that he's at a constant disadvantage. Constantly on the run... like... Mantracker.

Hey guys I've been following Marble Hornets since entry 1 and been making my own theories and what not, but with Entry 25 I noticed something. That is my local news anchor. There were recently 11 fires around here and that apartment complex was one of them.

Don't have time for a screencap at the mo, but on the left hand side when Jay swings the camera through the trees, you see a bit of white where a head and a hand would be. It's not much, but it's about the right height and size to match a Slendy!
