To be brief Panthea Zandra, I plainly excuse myself for my unconstructive remark,but let's concentrate on the next clue shall we? The interview does not show an obvious clue but I will examine it more carefully and yes, the ORIENSprimoris video looks like the result of a Psychocostic Technology and/or Material Translation process. Maybe it's the result of someones "synaptic signals into reconstructed imagery and sound"...

But whos?

I'm only speculating at this point but first we have
IVIIIVII (437, as we've interpreted it) could also be any number of other things, but 437 is a safe bet for now.
now we have
IXIIIV (935? if we take our past form...) but what if it is 1 12 4 ...that would match the interview date...

where does that leave us? except with a missing end to the interview...

You cut out an important part of the image. Someone pleas tell me what THAT is. The best image editor on this computer is paint, so I cant really do much with it.
