You guys with problems, are you using Chrome? It has a weird bug with sessions I think, you should try opening a fresh new tab and try it again, that seems to fix it.

Works for me in every browser. Just tried IE8 and 8 in compatibility mode. Haven't experienced any 'bug with sessions' in ie8 either... No idea what the problem is then if you're entering the login info exactly as supplied

Only seems to take you to Hardington's desktop, but lots to see there - files, calendar and a video chat.
The expense report is a fun read; he expenses, among other things...
- a $870 new watch
- $1500 in "Ethics Training"
- $1485 for a desk chair
- $975 for new shoes
- $750 for cooking classes
God, what a grueling lifestyle...
Is it me.. Or #12 is the only one highlighted amongst the other numbers? [link ] Also, it has the "4 PM - 5 PM offsite meeting" in its description.. Among the other activities that the description has, it is the only number that is highlighted in its case..
Paranoid in a way, but worth note-taking. ;]

looking at this i noticed something as well. the per mile reimbursement rate is $0.51. that was the rate for jan-june of 09 in the US and has since dropped to $0.48. i assume that means that this whole viral experience has been well planned out for a long, long time.
as for the 12 being highlighted, this is a standard excel spreadsheet and the 'C' column is also highlighted indicating that the C12 block is currently highlighted.
I could be wrong, but either C12 is of note or it simply means nothing....

New stuff up on remote desktop.
ETA - new emails abound as well, including a link to a longer interview with Alan:

That, or Hardington is fleecing the accounts department for more than he should be getting for his mileage. Having worked in expenses, I'm assuming the latter (mileage claims are the devil).

its the onle place we, as employees can make back a little on our travel expenses. you naver get back 100% of what you spend while on business. when i can drive i take my bike so the milage payment works great in my favor!

I just hoping, out of all of this, FlynnLives ORG is able to do 2 IMPORTANT things out of these upcoming events:
1. Get a more detailed explanation/confirmation from either Alan Bradley/ENCOM about the whereabouts of Kevin Flynn.
2. Can expose Hardington for secretly fleecing ENCOM of loads of money on personal expenses abuses.

I think #2 is what they are going to use to promote the break in the presentation!

Maybe I'm just too old and jaded to be up on all the nuances of corporate executive privilege or lack thereof...
But what's on that expense report is nothing egregious enough to warrant even a comment from accounting. Let alone any king of Board action or stockholder backlash (Now, if they were bleeding cash; That's a different story.).

Hi everyone! First post
This isn't really important, but I laughed at the branding 'PowerPoint' on the remote desktop, especially slide 14. Seemed like they were trying a little two hard to sound "trendy".
I didn't see anyone else post about this, but I also wanted to point out something that might be important on slide 14 -- Encom Street Team? "High-profile parties"? Anyone think this might be relevant to us at some point?

I think someone should try to pass Hardington's screwy finance records to Alan either by e-mail or at the conference in SF. Something in Hardington's video chat with Celia about Alan "making a business out of resource managent" keeps poking at me that this might be something to give Alan the leg up on old "Great Hair" should the need arise.

Something tells me that will not be possible unless it's in the plans already. Bruce will undoubtedly have plenty of real security to accompany him during the event ready to intercept unexpected occurrences like that.

Plus, this just isn't like a traditional ARG. There isn't really any interaction with the characters, where we can change the storyline or the outcome of an event. We can't participate with the characters in email, or on their discussion board. Forty-Two Entertainment, has taken the formula that was TDK, changed the names to fit the present campaign and proceeds by going down the checklist. Is that wrong? Not really, but it's a bit boring and fairly predictable.
