 		Even though my truck got broken into last night they didn't steal my Flynn Lives poster or Encom badge!

Flynn Lives! (and maybe watches over? lol)

Also got to one of the 12. Wink

I thought the rally was super fun!

I got to deliver the Flynn Lives media to our contact.

I think that I was the only girl up there.

 		at the Flynn Lives pre-event they picked 12 volunteers to head the 4 teams of Flynn Lives infiltrators. One team distracted security, another got Flynn Lives video media to their contact to put it on the screen, another group took the stage and the last group protested and caused some chaos.

Sorry! I'm trying to catch up and deal with my real world stuff too!

So they picked 12 of us out of the audience, like NWinTN said. I was part of the group who were set to deliver the Flynn Lives message during the conference. Our mission was to pick up the media files that would replace the spinning Encom logos and presentation on the big screen with our Flynn Lives message.

The two other guys on the team set out to meet up with our contact on the streets of SF, while myself and our Operation Tron team leader planned to get our message to our contact over at the sound/media booth.

The two guys found the on the street contact, passed along the secret code and returned with the Flynn Lives message. The four of us headed over to the rally where we met up with our guy on the inside.

I passed it along to him, and let him know that Encom had sent over a last minute change in plans and it was important that he use this media instead of the regular program. And then we melted away into the crowd to wait for the signal. Wink I did try to go back and ask for the Flynn Lives media back, saying that Encom wanted to review it and keep it for evidence. But luckily, he had already destroyed it. Wink

And seeing Bradley and the Encom helicopter and Sam parachuting down? was so AWESOME!

 		Finding is for wusses. Downloading a converter then converting them yourself is what real men do!

Press conference highlights

Please right click -> save as. And please, if you can, see the original files rather than hitting my server; I'm not on godaddy's biggest hosting plan.

Oh, and for some reason my converter messed up the aspect ratio, so it look a bit squished, but it's otherwise okay. If you're using VLC, you can set it to display in 16:9 which fixes the problem.

Minor techie note: strangely, the clip show avi is smaller than the mov, but the jump mov is smaller than the avi. I guess that's just the way these videos go sometimes.

EDIT: Changed the links to Nighthawk's links below. He has a little more bandwidth than I do.

 		Several blogs have got, in addition to Hazado's AWESOME stream recordings ( Wink We all must thank Hazado & his GF, they did an OUTSTANDING job capturing this all to the best of their ability, weather wind shears and other stuff! Wink ) , I'm in the process of ripping them and posting them here, so expect a few 'updates' on this post:

UPDATE 1# : Firstshowing.com's video capture of Alan's Speech (Funny thing, seems like they were quite literally standing RIGHT NEXT to Hazado's GF!)
