Btw, both characters (Therius (69 yrs old) and Sheoul (26 yrs old)) are from Barnsley, UK. Its up north.

 		I still haven't the faintest idea what the weird language is all about.

Doesn't appear to be anagram or Caesar(rotated). Could be cryptogram but I fail at those.
Another idea is that it might be a Vigenere cipher. But what would the key be?

Anyway, any cracking at it might be for naught anyway as I think Sheoul has a tendency to muck up the language a bit.

For instance, here this KutKaLasgh says:

"Paito Idgouidus" is not a far cry from "Paeto Itouigdus" (substitute "t" for d and move the "g").

To me, this means less and less that it could be a simple cipher and is more just a muddled up language? Just my guess though.

 		Nice job posse.

I thinking its a cryptogram. Ive tried ROT to no effect. So the only other thing we can do is try to guess what words, or letters correspond to the alphabet. certain letter combinations are repeated. Ive been working on it, but havent gotten very far.
