[Trailhead] Bluebird/Kyle Vandercamp ARG, possibly ecological in theme Okay, this looks interesting.
Received an envelope in the mail today, from Australia: see pics at URL below. Contents: a handwritten (scrawled) letter on Bluebird stationery, a Bluebird electronic name badge/keycard #0004584 issued to "Kyle Vandercamp" on 6-29-09 with strap, and a USB drive.
Letter reads:
HI, I NEED YOU TO LOOK AFTER THESE FOR ME. WHO KNOWS WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN TO BLUEBIRD OVER THE NEXT LITTLE WHILE...
ONE THING I KNOW FOR SURE IS I CANT LET THIS BIRD FLY _ I'VE GOT TO GET THE WORD OUT.
K.
I've obscured my own address on the envelope front. The envelope and the letter are different handwriting.
Will be back soon with USB drive contents!
Here are pics. – Nick

Seeing your link on ARGN, there's another related link that google finds, also currently inactive.
I guess the PMs didn't realize just how quickly we work around here.

Just checking in: yes, there's one video on the thumb drive, the same one as notgordian posted. (Strange that Kyle should have multiple copies of his employee badge, heh) So now what? Anything there we're missing?

Am stoked about this topic and now http://www.abc.net.au/innovation/bluebird/ is online with IG links. Yay!
While Juanita Monte's content "is only viewable from within Australia" her Youtube Channel appears to have the same video

Bah, I hate when PMs think they have to close out players from outside their target audience.
*immediately runs off to find an Australian proxy*
EDIT: Aww, I still don't like when PMs do it, but THESE PMs are nice. Juanita updated her blog.

Apologies to those of you outside Australia - my spies tell me that the Geo-blocking is still an issue. My web guy is working on it here and we hope to have it fixed as soon as possible. In the meantime you can watch episode 1 on my Current and Youtube channels. See? I've thought of everything....

Have a contact close to ABC who has a PDF regarding the Project, Dunno if it's OOG or not. I'll upload the file when I get it.
On a different note, Getting a Proper, commercial ARG set in australia of all places is a refreshing change. I'll be sure to follow this closely..

Recieved the PDF. It's OOG Info, looks like an internal Release from The ABC team giving an outline of the plot and A launch Date of 27th April 2010.
Should I upload it? if so, what's a good place for it?

I've personally only seen one other game in which the internal documents/plot was released; it completely ruined the whole thing. I would vote for keeping it secret until the game's over at which point instead of major spoilers, it would be an insight into the mechanics put into running the game. Of course, the decision is yours!
I do like knowing when the whole shebang is supposed to start though.

Is it even LEGAL for someone who is not involved in the project to have it? Usually for projects such as this there are some very serious Non-Disclosure Agreements involved...
Be cautious.
