Actually a spam thread, please let it die
Is Kevin Flynn alive? He's been missing since 1989, but an underground movement believes he's still alive and in hiding, and they want your help to find him.

Flynn Lives is an ARG that is leading up to the December release of Tron Legacy. Figured I'd bring it up here before searching elsewhere for "answers" in the event we've got some people here who are interested.


Update: March 25th - New video interview with Encom "executive consultant" Alan Bradley - see post #14 in this thread.
Update: March 30th - Whole boatload of new stuff on the Encom employee website, including an "uncut" version of the Alan Bradley interview. Lots of great new conspiracy stuff and corporate politics from Encom employees. Check it out! http://FlynnLives.com

Flynn Lives is the website of a group that believes that despite having been missing since 1989, Kevin Flynn is still alive. Flynn, a former game designer for "Encom," was a pioneer in video game programming.

Some content at Flynn Lives includes newspaper and magazine articles about Flynn, as well as a "read only" message board that can't be posted in or joined by game players (us).

It's interesting... Trying to figure out how this stuff propagates and how so much of it is still a very labor-intensive effort for the spammers. It'd be interesting to see the other side of the equation, what the payoff looks like and whether it's all one big "work from home", pyramid scheme.

Please don't copy links created in spam messages. Even if you don't click, spiders from search engines are getting more link farming from it. - E

 		there's another SPAM thread that's been started up. it's about iPads, I made a request in the thread for a mod to erase it if they can. Obvious SPAM should be erased.
