FUCK ME, Slender Man needs to stop pulling that shit. I was hoping to get work done today, shits all to that happening.

Right now, I can't tell if this was a cop out like JAF, or if there's gonna be something after this. The last minute of this video seems to hint at both.

Either way, I am freaked the fuck out and cannot think rationally about this like I normally would.

Therefore...I'm gonna go get breakfast.

QUICK comments before I leave for work:

- Alex's calmness can be understood. His "girl" is in distress- you'd be amazed at how guys who would otherwise excrete enough bricks for a four-story condo can pull it together when a woman is in danger.

- Tapping. Tapping EVERYWHERE! J's camera, the delivered footage... what does it mean?!

- The timer does indeed start counting down from 0:99 just before the whiteout.

- Two "Slendy-distortions"- one when filming Alex, the other with the "HELP" sign.

- The quiet "looking around" footage before we see the girl? Maybe just her fiddling with it, maybe someone else test-recording before planting the camera... not a bad theory, there.

- Did Alex actually tell her to jump out the window?!

Crap, running late. Lots to think about today!

I got goosebumps watching that. I haven't really watched frame by frame but after a coulpe of times viewing and pausing a few sections there are a few things I would like to add;

The hand the appears on the stairs is Alex's. I got it paused right, and the sleave appears a dark green colour, I know he's not wearing green, but the camera is moving quite a bit. It's like how it is when he holds open the curtain at the end, his arm looks green. Annoyingly I can't get it paused right again for a screenshot. Although there is a shot a few frames later back down the stairs which he doesn't seem to be in, so maybe he has over taken her?

The shot that the new mask is in, looks to me like it was filmed through a peephole, like in a hotel door. The mask in a ring and as it moves, it warps slightly, like your view through one of those would be. Not sure if it is, or what it would mean, but the thought of looking through one of those and seeing new or old Masky would scare the crap out of me.

I could be wrong, what do you lot think?

Probably doesn't matter, but I'm guessing he says the girl's name after she's screamed. Anyone able to make it out? Kinda sounds like.. Angie? Except not with the g-sound Like Andy.

Man, that whole panic run confuses me. Wouldn't she have to run past SM to get to the stairs?


I'm wondering, I kinda think that the HELP is from SM. Since it's 'signed' with the operator symbol. I see no reason as to why Alex would put that there.


New mask is like

Yeah, I think I'm becoming too attached to this series, I teared up a little, too, when I saw Alex. He's safe! He's living somewhere with his girlfriend and he has internet and everything is okaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH.

Tell me I'm not the only one freaked the fuck out by Slendys sudden change in posture. HE HAS LEGS. I cried a little then, too, mostly due to the huge brix that were shat.

Although all of this is getting awfully confusing. They answered ONE question (where's Alex?) but brought up like a bajillion more. This most probably ISN'T the end, but a hiatus. ...waaaaaaah, MH is on hiatus.

Regarding the grinning mask, first off, it looks kinda like something from Gorillaz, and second, it would seem like masks DO protect you from Slendy, to some extent. Maybe that's Amy(? I don't have sound here, I'm basing the dialogue off what everyone else has said) wearing a mask Alex gave her, it does kinda look like there's blonde hair there. _{(I am suddenly imagining an epic showdown between Masky and Maskette for, like, Jays and Alexs souls or something. That'd be pretty cool.)}

And who sent the tape, anyway? If Alex was in danger, he probably wouldn't have the time to stalk Jay down and send him a tape. And the HELP at the end reeks of Totheark, as well as the text message from weeks ago. Either TTA/MM is taunting Jay or helping him... it still could be Alex, though.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO THINK ANYMORE AAAAH. Everytime I try to plainly write down my thoughts on the series, it gets all jumbled and even more confusing than before. Curse you, Marble Hornets!

a: couldnt it be possible that both alex and the mask guy are watching and keeping tabs on jay in some form? Because im convinced that Tim is the main mask guy. And im not convinced that Alex is working with them. They both have reasons to want to know what Jay is doing. If Alex is the ark he could know it and not want to be found by masky therefore he is keeping tabs on Jay to be aware of whats going on.
b: I think Tim is the main mask guy it makes sense. But there have been two other masks appear. and where the fck are Brian and Sarah!!!!!!? im guessing they are the other masked people.

First time poster, long time watcher/lurker. Great entry! My reaction is pretty much the same as everyone else.


Can someone perhaps get a screen cap of a moment between 2:56 and 2:57? It looks A LOT like there's a mask either on a table or in reflection. (As the camera pans up to the window, amongst the silvery metal, there's a white face. I swear).

Anyway, I'm getting some major Season 1 finale vibes from this too. Jay is forced to stop running and hiding out of necessity and to maybe end this once and for all.

Initial thoughts: (Warning: This may be trout, and I'm typing down all my thoughts, so it may also be random.)

At ~2:36, where someone is walking down a hall. There are actually TWO flashes of light. The first one fills only a bit of the room, and the second fills the WHOLE room.

At 3:57 PM, someone picks up the camera and starts recording. (Presumably Alex's hot new girlfriend.)
They stop recording after a few seconds, and begin again in 2 minutes. (3:59 PM)


It looks like Alex STILL hasn't learned to clean his dishes.

After PERSONALLY reviewing the shots of outside the house multiple times, Slenderman isn't outside D:

Camera gets turned off again at 4:01, only to be turned back on again in two minutes (4:03)

With the dimples on that girl, she looks like a puppet (Just so you know)

from 3:18-3:20, the video freezes.

She turns to face slendy at 4:12. It appears that he actually starts moving.

From some estimates made of the blurry shots following the attack, this is what I've concluded.

4:13 - She slams a door on Slendy, it appears by this time she is on the ground.

4:14-4:16- Running down stairs

4:16 - I'm fairly sure I see a deformed looking hand. Its owner is currently a mystery.

The hand grabs something. (Presumably the girl)
And she appears to be trying to pull away.

4:17 - video goes dark

4:18 - video goes light, showing very blurry shots of a brown room.

4:18 - We see a shot of Slenderman's legs

4:19-4:20 - Camera operator crawling along a hall, looking behind her.

4:21 - Slenderman down the hall. He appears to be in an aggressive, yet neutral position.

4:22 - Slendy doesn't move, despite the operator being within mere feet of him. He appears to be staring at her.

4:22 - Slendy raises his right arm and shifts over, effectively blocking the camera's line of sight to him. He then freezes in the same position as before.

4:26-4:28 - Operator crawls over to window, looks outside, and turns around. Slendy still hasn't moved. However, his arms now look more like tentacles, and his head is tilted at a weird angle. Video freezes

4:30 - Bright light appears, whiting out everything on screen.

4:32 - The "Help" with the Operator symbol appears. It moves around as if held by an unsteady hand.

4:34 - Video goes black.
