Yet another theory

Well, I only just really came up with this, after watching Entry #26 and reading through part of its thread on here. Someone mentioned something about multiple masked people, and that got me thinking. It might be a little confusing to understand, but I need to get this down somewhere while it's fresh in my head.

Slender man is Death, in a sense. He comes to "take" people, turning them into his slaves. They wear masks to hide their true identity, and to make themselves more like their "master", in all his facelessness. :3
Jay and Alex have managed to get away from each encounter, while Tim and the masked person from Entry #26 (Who I'm assuming is the girl from that video, perhaps she wasn't fast enough to get out of the house) weren't so lucky. Now, we all know that in Genesis, God wanted Noah to build the ark so he could save himself and the animals from the Great Flood. Let's use this as a metaphor for MH.

Let's say Slender Man's position in this is the same as God. Slendy wants his group of followers (Maskies) to find the "Ark" to lead him to salvation (Probably something to do with taking over the world) and save him from the "Flood" (More than likely he just wants to end humanity, and keep his slaves).

We can look at this from a different perspective, also. Perhaps, deep down, the masked people still have some form of human conscience, and they want to find the "Ark" to save themselves from the flood (Slender Man).

Who knows why he's after them; maybe it was because of their association with Marble Hornets (assuming the #26 girl is Sarah). I can't think why a college project would cause a creepy dude to follow them around everywhere, though.

Any thoughts/extra detail to add?

I don't buy this theory, mostly because it seems too highfalutin to fit with the genre. TTA is known for making opaque, grandiose claims. I don't think that we should take his words at face value. Look deeper.

I also think that this should be merged with the Game Discussion thread!
