I wouldn't cross out the idea that it's Slendy asking for help. If he can only show up when a camera's rolling and both Jay and Alex have been cutting their cameras off, then maybe he's been dormant without them. Poor Slendy...

umm when i look at the mask.... it looks like its grinning like "we found him evil grinning" .... and dores alex not seem as freaked out and worried as you would be? almost like he wasnt surprised slendy was standing in his abode...... ?

Hmm...something I noticed: The video distortion that occurs when Skully appears is very similar to that in entry #19, when Masky appears, but the audio is distinctly different. This leads me to believe they are different people who have found the same "protection/repellent" of the mask, but with different styles. Or the masks themselves produce the distortion, and the design style makes the audio difference, but I don't think that's likely.

Or maybe I'm looking too far into things...

Anyway: At 2:32--2:33 the bright spot near the bottom of the screen seams to be a flashlight beam, maybe this is an earlier moment in the Alex/Seth investigation, briefly before entry #22? Because someone is filming Alex, and in #22 Alex had a flashlight as well.

And that bright spot behind Skully looks like it could be a flashlight beam, projected from inside that pipe-thing, which also seems to illuminate the inside of the pie itself.

So I have been thinking a bit after watching this episode twice

First, because proto-masky has been discussed a lot when you consider it was only in the vid for a few seconds. I was thinking where that filming could take place, then it hit me. Diddn't alex have a circular window in his house? Id check, but those vids still creep me out a lot .

Also, I wouldn't say that Alex is exactly calm. He really wants to get rid of that camera. Also, i think he realizes that going ballistic isnt the right answer. That would just lead to questions that alex either cant answer or doesn't want to answer. He might seem calm when they are being chased by slendy, but I think that is his way of trying to keep his girlfriend calm.

Also, i think this video proves that alex isn't masky/tta. The video is clearly old, possibly a leftover vid when he was getting rid of the tapes. If he was TTA, why would he leave a 3 year old tape in his camera. Also, as to the matter of who delivered the tape, I considered this. It would be highly impractical for tim/masky to be in multiple places at the same time. keeping tabs on alex and jay would just be too hard. However, I believe that in the interview with tim, i believe it was said that brian moved away after Alex did. We also know that brian and tim are good friends. Does anyone else think it is possible that brian is keeping tabs on alex while tim is keeping tabs on jay? if so, this does leave a small question as to who is watching the others(sarah and that other camera guy).

Guys, I have something to say about why this entry is more scary than the others.

Slendy normally just appears in the background, he's never harmed anyone, you know, just playing mind games.

But in this one, he flips.

The camera thrashing around in my opinion was her being dragged by one of his tentacles, she's freed by Alex when she seems to stop screaming and they run up the stairs.

Now, you can tell there was a struggle by the condition the hallway was in when Katie(I think that's her name) points the camera back at Slenderman, stuff is thrown everywhere, the curtain things are swaying back and forth, ect.

Well, that's just my opinion.

I'm not sure if all that was caused by a struggle with Slendy or just their absolutely frantic rush to get away from him, but yeah... it looks like he's done with his "I'mma just stand over here being all mysterious and spooky" bit. Slendy basically stormed the place, and he does NOT look happy.

EDIT: Although during Amy's screaming, it does almost sound like she shouts "It's got me!". Hrm....

Is she being dragged up the staircase? Because that's what it looks like, you can see her hand try to grab on to one of the bars.

Page 12, Caustic posts a picture that shows Slendy and Alex downstairs, while she's running up the stairs. It's generally agreed that Slendy grabs on to her at some point, but I don't think he drags her up the stairs.

It definitely looks like she's being dragged, not just for what Caustic posted but also because...

1) The position of her camera definitely dropped. Example, in Caustic's post you can see it's only inches from the stairs, indicating she's being dragged on the ground.
2) From the camera's perspective, it appears to be traveling in reverse, meaning she's pointing it away from Slendy as if she's trying to get away, but Slendy's pulling her over.
3) They're right by Slendy when Alex meets her at the top of the stairs. They're reaction was definitely to get away from Slendy, not to go near him, yet the result was being only several feet away from him after that short scuttle.

It looked like Slendy was bringing her to a bedroom. Slendy was around by how horny she sounded maybe?
