I thought Texcoco looked odd but thought it was just a typo. They also mispelled "field"


In regards to the new puzzle on http://thelovelybeckabelle.blogspot.com/

The symbols on the top and bottom are Rain and the symbols on the left and right are Water.

The animal symbol in the upper right and lower left is Ozomatli, the Monkey, also the God of Dance.

The animal symbol in the upper left and lower right is Phoenix, which symbolizes rebirth.

I believe the symbol in the middle (the one duplicated 4 times) is the representation of Itzcoatl, the fourth king of the Aztecs.

 		Hmm Reading the "Personal Log" on the Marrigold website has given me a few thoughts. One obvious, and one maybe not so much?

Well It's quite obvious that "Iknowwhathappened" is the guy that was fired, but im thinking the guy running Marrigold might be Alex from DC? Mostly since the ARGlabs seem to reuse Sawyer in there games, and well Alex didn't take it too well when his father died from helping Adam back in DC?

Well I think we've got a formula for opening the box now based on comments on all the blogs.

Each puzzle should give us 1) The dial number 2) the number of times the dial should turn and 3) the condition needed to turn the dial. For example Dial 2 turned 21 times by shaking it using the clues from puzzle 2.

I think you're right, except I think the "fourth king" is Huitzilpochtli

 		It is Huitzilpochtli. I found the exact pic they used. Hes the god of war. Also leader of the aztec gods.

 		Anyone know any binary-like language that works in lines of 3 and 4? Could be used on the new puzzle, I haven't found anything that works yet.

I thought it might be morse code but it didn't work out. Looking a baconian ciphers and the like. As far as I can tell, you only get 24 possible combination of | and X when a max of four characters is used. In baconian cipher, I/J and U/V are sometimes combined but baconian uses 5 characters.

ETA: I also tried looking at it as a cryptogram by assigning each of the 24 possible combinations of "/" and "x" an arbitrary letter (ex. ///=a, x//=b, /x/=c, //x=d, etc.) and then ran it through a cryptogram solver. There were way too many solutions, though. So far brute force is proving a little difficult.

That post has been there since the 21 st so it's not new. That's the clue that led to the password to access http://marigoldsystems.com/employees.php I'm sorry but I must trout you now. Trout

So I'm going to post the images here. I've been trying to work them out using a few known techniques but not having much success. Maybe a few more eyes on it will help. If there's any lurkers out there that want to chime in, now would be a good time. We're in a time crunch it would seem.

If anyone can help figure these out it would be much appreciated.

 		new post on Becka Belle sight....She had another dream. its a picture of lake Texcoco with the words maize snakes and skybearers in it..... probably has to do with the bird eatting the snake prophacy....

I'm sure this all makes sense in some way but it's a bit beyond me right now. We've either got 4 unsolved puzzles or 4 interconnect puzzles. I'm leaning towards the former.

 		Hey everyone, including all you Deus City people that I don't know, and the two of you I do know from Human Pet. Smile

Just read through the thread, and I figured I'd try to contribute a bit before really getting heavily involved. I took a look at Dream 3, and I threw together a little diagram of what's going to have to be done to the dial (this is assuming that the degrees have something to do with it, which is purely speculation so don't hate me if I'm way off).

There's other scenarios as well, but this is how it would go if A) the dial will be turned back and forth or B) the dial just needs to be turned in one direction (most likely after something else is done to it to make it able to be turned).
