This might just be the cadets at the Virginia Military Institute trying to scare some civilians out of filesharing with their cunning use of military language. Or maybe someone liked the name and borrowed the pics. Interesting lead either way.

If you go to the news article that was posted on the first page of the thread ( http://torrentfreak.com/the-mysterious-and-scary-bitorrent-monitoring-site-100427/ ) and read the comments, it's all been figured out. It's a joke site by k0a1a.net and moddr.net.

Best proof: http://www.bing.com/search?q=ip:89.207.128.8&first=1&FORM=PERE shows all sites hosted by that IP.
