 		he exists cause the marble hornets creators dreamed him up and started an enhanced fiction " game " about him ( snickers with sarcastic laughter). sorry couldnt resist, not to be an asshole or anything.

he truly exists cause of a rip in the barriers between our dimension and his and every time we think of him it makes his hold on our reality stronger and his grip on our souls is strengthened. once you start thinking of him and truly believe in him there is no escaping him.

Slendy's been around for way longer than MH, bud. They didn't invent him any more than Bram Stoker invented vampires.

But yeah Slendy exists because people think of him. Very Freddy Krueger-esque.

no slendy hasnt been around longer than the beginning of 09. they just tricked everyone into thinking it. all those old pics are photoshops. the whole thing started on the SA forums as a giant hoax on the internet. they put all the pics out there and went around the net making pages and wikipedia entires and "police reports" that made the whole thing more real so that once MH started and everyone started poking around the net they would think its a real mythos. dont believe me? google it.there r tons of pages on how the whole thing was pulled off. kudos to them for it too. the greatest fake internet meme of all time. just as Distilled said


and to add something OT-slendy would make a good bank robber, no face to give a description of, and all those extra arms to carry the loot

Hold up broseph-von-brohiem. Slendy was created in a Something Awful thread for creating monsters. As for a hoax. There is no hoax, there is no belief that he's real - outside the realm of imagination - and there's no one who is claiming he's real (who is in their right mind, any way). It's not a 'fake internet meme', because, well, it's either a meme or it's not. Personally, I see it more of a internet phenomena than anything. It went viral. That's it. As for the wiki entries and the pictures, we ALL know they were fake.

I just find it pretty moronic that you're going to claim that the makers of Marble Hornets are the creators who 'dreamed him up'.

As for the 'not to be an asshole or anything.', trying or not, you're doing one hell of a good job at appearing to be one. Now, get back to Dragonball land >:­|
