The official powers-that-be behind the game never named it COD:Vietnam, that was fan doing. Obviously, with the above information, they couldn't name it after any one specific area since it takes place internationally.

 		Recorded the silence after the clip for 2 hours, nothing. Sorry, but i think the other guy was hallucinating Razz

I guess it might have been something else on your PC, and it just happened to play in the back ground.

Yes, previously un-named "COD7" has been officially announced today with the name "COD: Black Ops"

Edit: I am not saying I agree with the anonymous person. I do believe it is possible that it is CoD: Black Ops, but I am leaning elsewhere currently. especially since i read this and believe Activision's priorities are elsewhere.

I decompiled the .swf file and searched for .mp3, .wav, and .ogg in the ActionScript. I found only .mp3 files: station_trifecta_01.mp3 and station_03.mp3. There were no other mp3s mentioned in the ActionScript. We already knew about station_trifecta_01.mp3 and station_03.mp3. Which, unfortunately for you, means...
