 		I reverified the counting of the notes, so we're still at "complete the file find sig giovan"

I think we have completed the file, as much as we can anyway, now somehow we need to find Mr. Giovan.

 		The SPLAT is to make the email address become un-harvestable by email spam bots. Those nasty things go around the internet searching for text strings with @ in them, most especially in the format of text then @ then text then . then more text.

I do think it is VERY possible the file we need is not available yet. However just as "an interesting conspiracy" led us to the four part .rar file, I think "The Conspiracy is the cats Meow" should lead us to this file. Also, considering Giovan is "upping the ante" (to paraphrase) it is likely the file will not be found on one of the conspiracy boards.

But they could have made him IG, like they sorta did me. So I'll be watching his posts anyway. Strangely Giovan's profile says he has no posts, I'm guessing it takes a while to update?

Samuel, I deleted it. I thought it was premature. Going to wait til we have the entire file.

Nice catch with the "Upping the ante" thing Bender, I have a feeling you're right and it will have to do with gambling or poker, though I see no groups matching that criteria.

Now i feel like my contribution is worthless but here's a shot.

The audio in the 3rd part of transmission 5 hasn't been decrypted yet has it? I tried scrubbing through the audio for latent vocal tracks but couldn't find anything even though it does sound like voices. Possibly a shift in pitch could do more but i don't have the capability. What did catch my interest is there's audio information at the end of the track but no sound? Hope that's not where spectro analysis comes in and I did all that in vain...
