Who is Enoch...isn't it INCREDIBLY OBVIOUS... Well, isn't it? Everyone's making guesses as to who they think he is. It's Jim! Can all of you actually say that that thought never crossed your mind? He's trying to keep his identity unknown, you know, he doesn't KNOW that he's on ABC. It only makes sense. Enoch said that he recieved a fax from Silas Bodnick by mistake with an accounting error of $1,045,00. Now who do we all know who the exact same thing happened to, JIM! When he says that he's from outside of town, that doesn't neccisarily mean right outside town. Jim is, after all, from outside town. Isn't he?

You know, that was exactly what I first thought upon reading the Enoch site when it went up. But in the "beginnings" monologue, Enoch says he first became familiar with Push over a decade ago when a colleague told him about it, then he ended up driving down during a visit to Vegas. Ten years ago, as was pointed out to me, Jim would've been about 18 - an unlikely age to have 'colleagues.' Also, when he got off the phone with Bodnick at the start of episode 1, Jim had to ask Grace how far away Push was - seems like he would've known that if he'd been familiar with, and interested in, Push for ten years. Further, the fax that Jim received in episode one is slightly different than the one posted to Enoch's site, in that Enoch's doesn't have any addressing info on the front page where Jim's did. And heck, I don't remember seeing Jim anywhere near a computer in either of the first two episodes - whereas Enoch obviously spends some time on them.
I think it's more likely that the obvious Enoch=Jim connection is there as a smokescreen, that we're supposed to think that's who it is and be very surprised to find out differently.

That's true, however, I wouldn't be concerned with small details such as those. I was just considering Jim as a possiblity, and, you should keep in mind that the game is separate from the show, the PMs probably dont take into account things like whether or not ABC payed enough money to put a computer in Jim's office.
A computer with Macintosh is like marble cake without chocolate

Enoch is not Jim. Today's Enoch update confirms it, where Enoch talks about an IRS agent who was arrested, and how the newspaper didn't report it.

In Enoch's article, he mentions that he has a friend/source that he would like to remain confidential. I think the confident that Enoch is talking about is the homeless guy with the grocery cart.

While not so incredibly obvious... Had a random thought on Enoch's identity...
What if it is Jim's dather, Al?
The main biblical reference we know about Enoch is that he did not die, but was taken. Was Al Prufrock dissapeared?
Now he has a chance to save his boy, show the world what is going on in Push, and perhaps, the Truth will set him Free?
And, by the by, why should we believe anything Enoch says is truth in regards to his backstory? His pop-up says "click here to seek the truth" not "click here to get the truth." "Information wants to be free" and, I'll wager, so does Enoch (whoever he is).
*sigh* back to work I go...

More about Enoch in the bible: There was a Book of Enoch written around 150bc that contains many things including the judgement of the world, the fall of the rebellious angels, and tours of heaven and hell. It was not included in christian bibles; but was refered to in one of the new testament books

2 boe there are 2 books of enoch from the dead sea scrolls. they are considered authentic, and a large body of scholars believe they were a significant basis of original (read old/ancient) hebrew law/theology.
oddly enough, there are also a section of western society who believe they profess the existance of an alien race out to conquer humans...
having fun yet?...
hehehehe...
