 		Azure,

I was wondering about that. I didn't see anybody else even ask, so i was thinking someone else knew what they meant. so are you just trying to scan through some Chinese and Japanese alphabets or dictionaries looking for words? haha.

just a guess, i would say Japanese. here's an alphabet if you'd like to see if any of them fit...first glance, the first character looks kind of like "mo"

Despite my lack of enthusiasm I haven't given up on it, though I'm paying significantly more attention to the Super 8 ARG. I don't think this ARG is dead/done.

That is the one I was just about to post --- also, I would guess the Vietnamese Han character, fits the period as well.

Also, the last sound file was like the person flat-lined - possibly a reference to that?

Oh, and I've been following since the start, just finally found my old login and pass! Laughing Yes, it's been a while since my last ARG.

could also mean "destroy the temple" based on your wiki links...which could be interpreted in several ways. if this is brainwashing as some suggested, it could just be a slightly subliminal message while it's happening...or maybe the person in the chair is japanese, I don't know

Reverso translates that as "The Deceased" and google translates it as "Temple Death". Maybe this is our first reference to zombies lol.

I dunno though, do you really think it looks like the character for death?

ETA: You can copy/paste the chinese characters straight into translators then simply pick Chinese->English.
