That's cool. Didn't think to turn the page sideways and see the rank. D. Morris retired as a master Sgt if i remember correctly. But perhaps he was a Staff SGT when he 1st made these discoveries...

 		So, based on the the files we're waiting for and the fact that the date in the system is in 1977...should we assume that the setting is in 1977 or that there was something found then...or created then that will lead to present day?

I mean...are we searching for clues in the past?

The word "cosmic" infront of whatever security clearance one holds simply designates that it's a NATO clearance. It's not that big of a deal.

Dulce Base - Underground facility (Valve said Half-Life was based on it)
Philip Schneider - Friend of Dan Morris, engineer carving out Dulce. One of the three survivors of a shoot-out between aliens and humans at Dulce.
Secretary of Defense Forestall - apparently assassinated because of UFO knowledge he wanted to leak.

Now reading about the Montauk Project. There is just so much mental context.

I dont know about him being behind 500 rads. hes been too busy over at the Marble Hornets forum coming up with silly things and thinking he knows everything about everything over there

On the HAL thing- ive always figured it was a reference to the movie 2001. There is, or was at least, a picture of the HAL computer from the movie as the avatar on there for awhile

 		If you type .REENTER it starts over but asks you if you want to MOUNT, then upon saying yes it asks DEVICE? I haven't figured out what to put next, keeps saying my requests are invalid
