The cutout coupon is to be sent, I'm sure of it. Valve did this with TF2.

Some info on .bas files:

Quote:
BASIC-PLUS was an extended dialect of the BASIC programming language developed by Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) for use on its RSTS/E time-sharing operating system for the PDP-11 series of 16-bit minicomputers in the early 1970s through the 1980s.

GOT IT
I'm the best

Hey kiddies,

So I figured out how to work the next little bit...

I ran through most of the commands matched with the file names.
The commands being the ".EXEC .COMT and .PRINT" thing at the bottom and the file names being the "A5RSR A5RST RSCOM8...etc." at the top part of the new page.

When you type in ".PRINT RSCOM8" you'll get a prompt to print something. looks like an old newspaper. I'll try out the rest of the command/file combos but this looks pretty sweet.

Hooray!

Appendix C in the manual is something called 7-bit ASCII code.

Perhaps we need to convert the new print out from 8-bit ASCII to 7-bit.
