The x's mean something, I guess. The words next to them make even more sense: "Save a life" on the second page, "incident" on the first. Then "forward" or "any" on the first page again

Minot

Hey again,

Just did a quick search of Minot ND.

Turns out there is an Airforce Base there. It used to be a missle base of some kind and very well may still be.

Could be coincidence but according to http://minneapolis.fbi.gov/division_map.htm the Minot division has a PO Box close to the address you mail in the "join now" coupon

In case it becomes important, the newspaper appears to be from around July 1963.

Odd that this is in big lettering

"And the survivors would envy the dead....for they would inherit a world so devastated by explosions and poison and fire that today we can not even conceive of its horrors."

It sounds familiar....
