new blog casts some more light on this whole thing:

the godspeech seems to be radio waves leaking through from the future, at points in space where nuclear blasts have occurred. DM tells us that if lisa gets eaten then there will be a dimensional rift and all signals apart from radio will be blocked. in the future timeline that DM has come from, the rift has occurred and earth has been turned into a wasteland with a few survivors settling in town(s) called Dead City - hence the Dead City Radio.

we were told to find the hunter, and it turns out that this is Hunter Klein, the grandson of a scientist responsible (in his team of four) for causing/recording the godspeech and possibly creating the rift, leading to future catastrophe.

the team of four were stephen klein, robert patterson, horatio lauren and richard smiley. but originally they were three (smiley joined later on). this might be part of the solve to the 'riddel' set us by mr teeth: first there were three, then four, this went down to two and soon will be just one - presumably mr teeth, AKA Dr Richard Smiley, who signs his blog RichS, will be the last of the four left alive. we know klein has died and we are told patterson did some time ago. not sure about Lauren, who i assume is lisa's grandfather. mitzi has mentioned previously that one of lisa's grandfather's died. i have asked Hunter if he has any more details on Horatio so we can try to contact him.

questions - does the pic of icarus seem a large file?
can we press Hunter for more audio files from his gramps collection? (Mr Toasty has already broached the subject with him)
can we find a better way to figure out the audio tracks as they must contain other clues?
did we miss an obvious clue that would have lead us to Hunter without Mitzi's push?

one of the clues for the solve which led us to DM_17JN10 was a website about DNA (giving us the D from DM). i also have a feeling that MMMF mentioned LL in terms of her DNA - being the reason why he was going to eat her?

i don't have time to check my emails etc., right now but if anyone else can confirm before i do tomorrow then that's good.

makes me think maybe the radiation at the meteor/nuclear sites might have done something to the dna of drs lauren and klein - which might have passed down to their grandkids? i've asked hunter a few questions to try to persuade him to be more co-operative as i know mr toasty has been chipping away at this already.

i also tweeted DM about the waxwing program reference and got a lengthy reply, which makes me think it is important, but which i don't see an immediate follow up from. will think some more tomorrow,
