world visual

The guy on the left (between the sign and the pole) looks like he's wearing a SLUSHO! T-shirt and cap?

I'm surprised nobody else checked, but the anniversary was actually at 5:04 am PT.

Wikipedia: At 8:04:13 a.m. EST, May 15, 1963,[1] Faith 7 was launched from Launch Complex 14.

Either way, the Rocket Poppeteers site is still down. I'll keep looking around for anything, but I guess we still simply wait.

We did check =) It was posted in the countdown thread yesterday at 6am pacific by myself.

"Launch was at 0604 PDT/ 1304 GMT on May 15, 1963. Landing was 1624 PDT/ 2324 GMT May 16, 1963."

Couple of us were in the chatroom while the clock struck 1304 GMT earlier nevertheless.... unfortunately we discovered nothing new either =(

Have we explored of "Rocket Poppeteers" is an anagram for something? "Poppeteer" is a pretty crazy made up word. I can definitely get "Cooper" out of it.

I'll keep thinking about this...wasn't sure if anybody else had worked this angle.

I think this is just a flare on the lens when shooting. It’s present throughout the 5th Ave pictures. Wink

Just data from the photo or something. It's on every photo from street view. Rocket Poppeteers, same star background as Slusho, create your own flavor? I dunno.

"Top Secret Keep Pro"

Your brother is right, but that was discoverd about 30 min. after we found the pics. I don't remember the exact words, but if you hold them back to back it was something like "no certainty if alive, it may come after us, we go underground". There has been some debate as to the order of the found words in the sentence

yeah we found that awhile ago, he thinks there's something else to do with the Under Secretary...

It has hundreds of anagrams. I sat for quite awhile yesterday sifting through them and even trying out a few ideas with some of them, including the Cooper ones. I even found a company in NY that makes alien poppeteers. They're legit. Nothing panned out.

Yeah I saw your posts earlier, but when I was calculating the time I accidentally used PST instead of PDT, so I was thinking it was supposed to be at 5am instead of 6am, but you were right.

Doesn't the Rocket Poppeteers site, kinda go against staying true to timelines and such?

I mean in 1977 or 1980 w/e there wouldn't be any websites right?

I don't even think there was an Intrawebz yet?
